OUR TERMS: Online orders, we accept Visa , Mastercard. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped no later than 4:00PM central time the first business day after it is placed.If an item is out out of stock, it will be backordered and the remainder of the order will be shipped.ALL BACKORDER SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED APPROPRIATE SHIPPING and will be shipped UPS ground.Backorders will be canceled after 15 days unless instructed otherwise. For orders returned to POWER BRAKE EXCHANGE as non-deliverable or REFUSED. Customer WILL be billed for all shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee!

TELEPHONE and EMAIL ORDERS: We accept Visa & MasterCard or COD For COD orders certified check or money order (sorry no personal checks)Backorders will be CANCELED after 15 days unless instructed otherwise.All COD backorders totaling $50.00 or less will be canceled AUTOMATICALLY unless instructed otherwise. For orders returned to PBE as non-deliverable or refused. Customer WILL be billed for all shipping charges pluss a 25% restocking fee.

HOW DO WE SHIP: Shipping methods are available during your checkout session and costs are clearly posted.Shipping charges may be adjusted if incorrect shipping information is provided. Backorders will be sent UPS ground and will be CHARGED shipping when they are shipped.

SHORTAGES and DAMAGE: Claims for in transit loss or damage MUST be reported DIRECTLY to the carrier within (48 hours) of receipt of shipment (backorders excluded).Claims for damage WILL NOT be honored by PBE for any product which has been altered or modified or tried on in any way by the customer.

RETURNS: A return authorization is REQUIRED (10 day limitation). Authorized returns MUST be shipped to PBE pre-paid and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All credits will be made to the ORINGINALLY billed account. SHIPPING WILL NOT be refunded.
